I have worked with organisation before 4 Years and left the job due to OT issue. Company is not providing overtime work money . Sometime they are proving but after 3 Months .They are insulting rules and regulations of the company. HR peoples are very dull. They are not taking care of candidates and not taking interview on time . I don’t saw any growth further so thats why I have left the job .work involvement is good . employers are good .salary is getting on time.
